 JMA Engineering team use Helix DeltaT, which is a powerful tool for engineers and equipment softwave, to quickly and professional design and optimize belt conveyors for bulk materials handling according to Australian Standard.  

 JMA provides customised conveyor structures, chutes innovation, impact solution, non-standard idler roller frames, pulleys, and many other fabricated metal conveyor components, structures and rubber parts, such as rubber gasket, rubber buffer etc.   

JMA reports are archived to identify immediate hazards since the last inspection and trends in potential risks. The report consists of three parts: a summary of each inspection item on the conveyor, action suggestions, and detailed photos of each inspection item. This comprehensive approach ensures that any potential risks are promptly addressed and mitigated.
